In 1969, a young man enlisted in the army and was sent to Vietnam. His family received letters from him regularly. One day the family noticed that the letters had stopped coming. After two weeks of silence they became concerned. After four weeks of silence they became afraid. After six weeks and no word they began making calls. Interrupting his wife's call to the Red Cross, her husband said, "I found out what happened to him! He didn't stop writing to us; he just decided to deliver those letters to us himself!" And looking up she saw her son.
