Immortality is not a Christian...

Immortality is not a Christian concept. But if it were, the immortal ones would be God's faithful witnesses, not the world's temporarily famous figures. Consider the case of Napoleon Bonaparte. In a moment of vanity, he observed to his secretary, Bourrienne, "You, too, will be immortal." The secretary asked, "Why?" Said the dictator, "Well, are you not my secretary?" Came the rejoinder: "Name Alexander the Great's secretary."
