The lasting and even increasing popularity of professional wrestling puzzles many. Huge, muscle-bound men climb into the ring and with some mix of acting and athleticism entertain. Large arenas are filled to overflowing. Television programs draw large numbers of viewers. Heroes and villains -- good versus evil. Garrison Keillor referred to it once as a "melodrama." It is a place where good meets bad and it is clear who is who. Odd though it seems to many, we need places like that, where we see good meet evil and good triumphs.
