Less than two years after the takeover by Fidel Castro, a Cuban pastor wrote to a friend in the States and spoke of the communist influence there. He talked of hearing communism taught in the schools and the increasing number of Russian soldiers in the country. "Priests and ministers must submit to the doctrines of communism or be jailed. The government is taking our children's minds. Pray for us."
