Nutritional requirement guidelines change from time to time. Whether they're sponsored
by the U.S. Government, or some other group, one is never quite sure what is healthy and
what is unhealthy. Sugar is good for you; sugar is bad for you. Caffeine is good for you;
caffeine is bad for you. Carbohydrates are good for you ... or they're not. The list goes on
and seems to be changing all of the time. Then, to complicate matters, if you're on a
particular diet, everything you thought you knew about nutrition goes out the window as
you adhere to the new plan guaranteed to make you slim and healthy.
