A pastor conducted a funeral...

A pastor conducted a funeral for a man who had been very active in the life of the church. The pastor made mention of this in the funeral sermon -- he spoke of how faithful this man had been to the work of the church. After the funeral, a few of this man's co-workers remarked to the pastor that they did not know that their friend was such an active church worker. When the minister inquired about this, he was told that they had worked with this man for over 20 years and he never once mentioned to them that he was a Christian. He was a good worker, honest, a good family man, he didn't smoke, drink or swear. So often we believe that others will know that we are Christians by the way we behave. This is not always enough.
