The phenomenon of child prodigy...

The phenomenon of child prodigy is most astonishing. Gregory Smith of West Reading, Pennsylvania, was solving math problems at fourteen months; reading at two years; raced through school, K-12, in five years; and received his Bachelor's degree at age thirteen. One day after his fourteenth birthday, he began his graduate studies. Lorin Hollander of Stockton Springs, Maine, began composing music at age three; performed Bach's Well-tempered Clavier at five; and made his Car-negie Hall debut at age eleven. Amazing feats.
Jeremiah argued with God that he was too young to be doing the ministry that the Lord put on his plate. But perhaps God knew that when it came to prophecy, Jeremiah was a child prodigy in his own right.
