The story is told of a famous British journalist who became quite senile with advancing years, but was still a very entertaining speaker and was invited to speak all over England. He took the train, but had a terrible time remembering where he was headed. Many a time, he got off the train, went into the station and called his wife. "I'm in Bristol," he'd say. "Where ought I to be?" Finally, his wife was so disgusted with his bad memory that the next time he called, she snapped, "You have a ticket in your pocket. Pull it out and LOOK at it." That's good advice for us as we approach Easter. We, too, have a ticket and we are headed somewhere. But we often forget where it is we're going. Palm Sunday is the day to pull that ticket out and LOOK at it!
