Doing good for Jesus

Construction paper

Stapler
Crayons or markers
Instructions
1. Jesus wants us to do good things for other people and by doing that we are doing good things for him. Let's make some helping hands so that we can always remember to help others.
2. Trace each child's hand onto five or six pieces of construction paper.
3. Staple the pages together down one side to form a book.
4. On the cover page write: Helping Hand Coupon Book.
5. Have the children decorate the hands.
6. Then have them come up with specific things they want to help with -- pick up trash, rake leaves, set table, rub back, and so on.
7. Have the children write one way they are willing to help on each page of the coupon book.
8. Remind the children to use the coupons in their book during the next week to help others..
