A blind man who was healed faced adversity from the Pharisees, who questioned him multiple times and then threw him out into the street. Jesus found him and asked if he believed in the Son of Man. He responded that if Jesus would just point him out, he would believe. Jesus told him that he was looking at him. The man responded "Master, I believe," and then worshiped him.
John Oxenham said that in adversity our worship of God should be joyful, hopeful, and our future secure.
No matter what adversity comes our way, it cannot rob us of what God gives us! He is the light on the journey and deserves our worship.
