The fair was coming to...

The fair was coming to town and with it came the midway -- rides, cotton candy, and
games of chance. The rides were not anything like the big amusement parks, but there
was a roller coaster of sorts, bumper cars, a Ferris wheel, carousel, and some whirly rides.
It was geared for younger teenagers and children. The dilemma for some parents was the
cost. Each ride cost a certain number of tickets (tickets sold for three for $1); no ride cost
less than five tickets. How many tickets should they buy? There was one obvious
solution. Available for purchase was the ride-all-day pass. For just $20, you got a
wristband which allowed you to ride all the rides all day long, as many times as you
wished. It was a type of the "once for all" solution.
Jesus offered another kind of once for all solution. He entered the holy of holies once, offering his own blood for our sins.
