It was the most difficult...

It was the most difficult decision they had ever made. But it was the only decision they could make under the circumstances. They had tried everything -- restrictions, limits on nights out and with certain friends, no extracurricular activities at school, and counseling. Nothing worked. In fact, their teenage child became more difficult to understand as time progressed. Finally, the counselor suggested a change in environment, a move to another town, take their family and child away from the negative influences, get a new start. It was a tremendous hardship for everyone and required great sacrifices by the parents and the other two children. If it saved their troubled child and restored peace to the family they all felt it would be worth it. -- Lynch
