One time Edward Windsor, Prince...

One time Edward Windsor, Prince of Wales, went to India. Here he was, representing the Crown of England, visiting the outcaste people who almost looked at him as divine. At the Delhi Gate, 25,000 people, the poorest of the poor, awaited his arrival. They only expected his car to flash by. They couldn't believe it when he ordered his chauffeur to stop the limousine. A spokesman for the untouchables ventured forward and offered a little speech, expressing the love and loyalty of the people. They begged this heir to the throne to intercede for them with his father, that they might never be abandoned and left to the tyranny of those who would keep them slaves. The Prince listened patiently and then did an unheard of thing. He spoke a few words of kindness, gave them a radiant smile, and brought his hand up in a salute. Those who were there saw something in that deed of kindness which had no precedent in the whole history of that ancient land. "Behold!" they said, "The light! The light! Did you not see the light upon his face?"
