The ability to trust another person is the foundation for healthy risk-taking. The crowds swarmed to Jesus for healing because they were confident he could and would do what he promised. A similar confidence existed on the part of Albert Einstein's wife. She was once asked if she understood her brilliant husband's theory of relativity. "No," she replied, "but I know my husband, and I know he can be trusted."
