Anne suffers with migraine headaches...

Anne suffers with migraine headaches that started when she was a teenager. She was sent to a neurologist who ordered a series of blood tests as well as a CAT scan. Once the test results were in, Anne was called back to the neurologist's office.
"You are suffering from migraine headaches," the neurologist stated. "Over the years I've discovered that many of my younger patients have one trigger in common. Do you carry a backpack to school?"
When Anne said yes, the neurologist continued. "Many of my patients carry their backpack slung over one shoulder. I've discovered that they get fewer migraine headaches if they pull their books in some kind of luggage with wheels, bear the weight across their shoulders by using both of the shoulder straps on the backpack, or wear their backpack as a sling so that the weight of the books is distributed evenly.
"The way that the burden is carried affects both the number and the severity of migraine headaches."
