Elaine Storkey, an English sociologist and philosopher, wrote a book about the feminist movement titled What's Right With Feminism. Storkey examined three strands of feminism she typed as liberal, Marxist, and radical. Each of these made important contributions to the feminist movement that emerged in the '60s. However, her own view is a biblically rooted feminism which has a long history and a meaningful impact to make on society today. Storkey makes important observations about the debate as to how we are to think about God.
