You can mail this missing item with an ordinary first-class stamp. The materials to send it cost less than a dollar. Still, many households never give it or even consider it. Many people feel that they don't have time to give it. The irony of its absence is this: Though some people think they are too busy to give it, they get angry when they don't receive it from others.
