I heard of a curious will in which the mother left to her son primarily good advice and counsel. At the end of the will she said that she wanted to thank him for his kindness and affection, because his love had made the last twenty-five years of her life well worth living. Contemplating the end of this earthly life, the woman testified that the love of her son had made life worth living.
