I was visiting with Mark, an inactive member of our congregation, when he said, "Do you want to know why I stopped going to church? I stopped going to church because it is full of hypocrites. They sit in church on Sunday and are as nice as can be to everybody that is there. But when you see them on Monday, they are just out to get you." My first instinct was to disagree with Mark. But as I started to open my mouth my thoughts changed. "You're partially right," I said.
