It sometimes takes courage to witness for Christ. It is much easier to run with the crowd and by our actions deny that we are loyal to Christ. But our acknowledgment is necessary if the Kingdom of God is to spread and overcome the worldly, unchristian influences that are so prevalent today. The story is told of a young man who had developed the habit of saying nightly prayers at his bedside. It became more than a habit; it was his way of properly closing the day by expressing his gratitude to the One who provided all his blessings.
