"It's not over until it's over," is a popular modern phrase. It means, of course, that you can never be sure of the outcome of any action until it is actually finished. Saint Paul tells us that Christians are not to brag about their character traits or good deeds of the past, but to remember that "he that is faithful unto death will receive the crown of life." Until life is over we must keep struggling. A talented young player was on the football squad of a local high school. He was capable of making and expected to make many touchdowns.
