Joseph walked like an Egyptian. He talked like an Egyptian. In all outward respects, Joseph was an Egyptian. But we know better, don't we? We know that he was sold by his band of lying and conniving brothers into slavery because they were jealous of their father's affection. We know that God guided Joseph through the intervening years to his place of power and responsibility as an official of Pharaoh's court. We know that though he walked like an Egyptian, in his heart he was a Hebrew. We know Joseph's secret.
