Minnie and Ruby had been neighbors for 45 years. Their husbands were boyhood friends. Their children were approximately the same ages and had played together from the moment they were old enough to sit in the playpen. Minnie and Ruby had such a close relationship that some thought they were sisters, and they were. Minnie and Ruby were sisters in the Lord. They went to the same church. They worked hard to help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It didn't matter what needed doing; Minnie and Ruby were there to help.
