Most churches have at least one member who believes it is his or her job to tell the pastor
everything he or she is doing wrong. Sometimes they can be listened to and dismissed
and sometimes they can be ignored. But sometimes they are so vocal in their displeasure
that someone has to do something about it.
For Pastor Mike, that someone was Shirley, his wife. Unbeknownst to him, she arranged to have a breakfast meeting with the person in question. Shirley decided it was time to "speak truthfully to her neighbor" and "in her anger not to sin."
