My theology professor in seminary...

My theology professor in seminary inspired one of my sermons, a sermon which I titled, "Christ at the Ball Park." He and a friend were attending a baseball game at Forbes Field, Pittsburgh. As he sat there watching the game, he mused to himself, wondering if anyone watching a baseball game, or any sporting event, ever thought about God, ever considered the significance and application of Jesus's teachings (even though the names "God" and "Jesus" are invoked many times at such affairs). As he considered such deep theological questions, his friend who had come to the park with him, leaned over and remarked, "I wonder how many at the ball park ever think of God?" -- Keller
