One preacher tells of the time when a Sunday School class was studying the prophets. When the question emerged, "Are there any people in our generation who might be characterized as prophetic voices?" a vehement disagreement broke out. One member suggested that Martin Luther King, Jr. would fit the bill. After all, he argued for justice and racial equality against the prevailing attitude of society.
