Oven three centuries ago George Fox, the founder of the Quakers, wrote in his diary: "As I walked in a field on a Sunday morning, the Lord opened to me that being bred at Oxford on Cambridge was not enough to fit and qualify men to be ministers of Christ, and I wondered at this because the common belief of many people was otherwise. Now I saw it clearly and admired the goodness of the Lord who had revealed this thing unto me that morning."
