People are, in their daily lives, "protected" by those in
leadership above them. Supervisors protect us from the moodiness
or bad decisions of their superiors and from the ups and downs of
the company itself. Parents, through their daily on-going loving
care, protect their young children and teens from the financial
and practical worries that are part of life for those over 21.
Without telling the people all the details, political leaders
make the important decisions that protect the nation and maintain
