Ron Scott was sitting at his desk in the First Commonwealth Bank one Friday afternoon, looking out over Main Street, when he saw something very unusual. Mrs. O'Malley from the Flower Shop across the street had come out of shop with what looked like a handful of change. She was going all the way down Main Street and plugging coins into every parking meter.

"I wonder if she's having some kind of meeting or something," said Ron to no one in particular. Since it was a slow afternoon, he decided to wander outside and see what was up.
