The story of the patriarch Abraham is one of the best biblical examples of faith, of trust when there's no tangible evidence that one's trust is well-placed. What is the best example of such trust in contemporary life?

I can find no better example than a restaurant in Traverse City, Michigan, which has operated on the honor system for twenty years. Customers do not pay their check in the usual manner. They go to the cash register on their own, ring up the amount, and get their own change.
