The story is told about two men who made peanut butter. One made a very good quality and good tasting peanut butter. However, another man wanted to cut into the market and made an inferior brand of peanut butter which he could sell at a lower price. Many people happened to buy their first peanut butter from the second man. When they disliked the taste of it, they decided that they did not care for peanut butter and would never buy it again. Naturally, this affected the sales of the first man who made a superior quality of peanut butter.
