In the summer of 1995, the Smith Corona company filed for
bankruptcy. Smith Corona, of course, had been one of the leading
makers of typewriters. But in recent years, as computers began to
emerge, Smith Corona failed to compete effectively in that
changing environment. As the times changed, Smith Corona did not
keep up, and it paid the price for doing that.

Paul wants us to take note that the times are changing. So
we should prepare ourselves now for what is coming.
