Two men were discussing their faith at the lunch counter.
"Would you say that Paul was latently chauvinistic or decidedly pro-feminist in his views of cross-gender representation in church leadership?" the first said.
"I don't believe that is the issue at all. Obviously, Paul's relationship to the Greek community and its influence on his universality of the gospel is called to question here," replied the second.
"It is not universality but unilateral acceptance that concerned the apostles early on," responded the first.
