We all know it was the experience on the road to Damascus that changed Saul to Paul, the Apostle. One cannot help but wonder, however, what seeds might have been planted in Stephen's witness. Stephen was just one man telling his faith in word and deed. But that one witness may have had long-range results.

The young man, standing alongside, holding others' garments, was also just one. But where would the Christian faith be without that one?
