What do you see when you stargaze? Nowadays we see figures of crabs, dragons, goats, Big and Little Dippers, even scorpions. We think of the ancient peoples who named the zodiac constellations.
Instead of looking to the past and what the stars meant to those cultures of long-ago, we can remember Daniel's vision of the future: "those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever."
