A wealthy woman entered Heaven, and Saint Peter produced a bicycle for her to ride on the golden streets. But she soon observed her former maid on earth go by in a Cadillac, and the neighbor's former gardener was driving a Rolls Royce.
She looked at Saint Peter and asked why those people were doing so well in Heaven.
Saint Peter said, "The kind of transportation you get in Heaven depends on how good a Christian you were on earth."
She agreed both the maid and the gardener had worked hard on earth and deserved what they now had in Heaven.
Two days later the lady again met Saint Peter, and she was laughing.
"What's so funny?" he asked.
"Yesterday," she said, "I saw my former pastor going by on roller skates!"
She looked at Saint Peter and asked why those people were doing so well in Heaven.
