Object:
An old suit coat that is patched
Purpose: To encourage the children to be friendly to new children
in the church.
Lesson: Most of the people that we see here today have nice
clothes to wear. But what if someone, wearing this coat, came
into your home or into our church? Would you greet them the same
way as you would the boy who came with a new and expensive coat?
You don't have to answer me. I just want you to think about what
you would do.
