Good morning! What are we celebrating today? (Let them
answer.) Yes, this is Easter morning. What happened on the first
Easter morning a long time ago? (Let them answer.) Jesus was
raised from the tomb on that day, proving that he was the Son of
God and that all that he told us was true. That's certainly a
good reason to celebrate, isn't it? (Let them answer.)
Now, what do I have here? (Show the egg and let them
answer.) Yes, this is an Easter egg. Will any of you be hunting
