An advertisement that has been played often on television is the one that says, "Just do it!" Chaos erupted in an office when a well-meaning manager, hoping to have his staff accomplish more work, put up a sign that said: "Do it now!" He found that his staff needed a little more clarification on his instructions! People come home from meetings with a sense of frustration. "We did not do anything!" they cry. They may have accomplished more than they think they did.
