All was going well on...

All was going well on Julia's first day as a nurse in Dr. Chegley's office. That is, until Dr. Chegley started yelling loud enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear.
Over the next half hour Dr. Chegley yelled, "Typhoid!" "Tetanus!" and "Measles!" Some of the patients were starting to look at their watches and shift in their seats.
Julia wondered about the mental state of her new boss, so she went over to the receptionist's desk and discreetly asked, "Why is Dr. Chegley behaving like this?"
The receptionist replied, "Well, he is the doctor. He calls the shots around here."
