"Be diligent to present yourself approved unto God." Think of your life as a house. And in that house are many different rooms. We Christians have invited Jesus into the living room and we allow him to clean up spic and span. We take the dirty magazines off of the coffee table and clean up our act a bit. But Jesus does something horrifying. He starts to walk into the kitchen. And the kitchen of our lives is a pit. It's embarrassing. It has so many things in it that would offend him. And we say, "No, Jesus, you can't go in there.
