As blood from a shooting victim dried in their driveway, an Orlando family continued barbecuing a few yards away. It was just after their neighbor staggered half a block over to their picnic table and collapsed. Children played around the crime scene tape as police jotted down notes. A couple hours earlier, it was their neighbor Buster, who had been shot in the head. He died shortly after making his way toward somebody who might possibly assist him. One neighbor sat calmly on his porch watching paramedics pump Buster's chest in a vain effort to revive him.
