General H. Norman Schwarzkopf ends...

General H. Norman Schwarzkopf ends his book, It Doesn't Take a Hero, with an allusion to a speech General Khalid made on the day Schwarzkopf left Riyadh after Operation Desert Storm. He said, "If the world is only going to have one superpower, thank God it is the United States of America." Reflecting on that sentiment, Schwarzkopf remarks on who might have become world superpowers: Tojo's Japan, Hitler's Germany, Stalin's Russia, Mao's China.
