A Holocaust survivor, addressing a conference of bakers, gave his testimony. "Before the invasion of Poland, I owned a prosperous bakery in Warsaw. I sometimes sold bread that I would not take home to my family, and the food my wife placed on our table was the very finest I could buy or bake. At that time I was very young and very impatient, with a great temper, and there were many days when I could easily find something about which to be angry.
