As Hosea went to Gomer for matrimony joint,
It was a lot to ask, just so God could make a point.
To have a wife that's faithful, is that so much to ask?
It certainly should help him more in his prophetic task.
But, sadly, it is not to be, for Gomer is a sign,
Of how the house of Judah has been unfaithfully aligned.
Hosea, just remember, as again you are forsook, Your faithful speaking for the Lord gets you a Bible book. -- Lintern
