I have never seen a sheep dog at work. However, I have seen a good cow dog. Have you ever seen one? My grandfather had a dog named Butch. I'll never forget Butch, because one day I accidentally hit him with a baseball and he nearly tore my leg off. Anyway, what was special about Butch was his sense of responsibility about driving the cows up to the barn to be milked every morning and evening. He did it successfully for years.
