An Indian child came...
Illustration
An Indian child came in from the wheat field one day with a hurt bird in her hand. Running to the old chief, she said: "Look, this is my bird ... I found it in the wheat. It is hurt." The chief looked at the wounded bird and replied: "No, it is not your bird. It is God's bird. Take it back and place it exactly where you found it. If you keep it, it will die. If you leave it in God's hands, it will live." The correct thing to do is to put all things, all conditions - even dying - into God's hands.
