It is good to remember how important our example may be to another person, both in positive and negative ways. For example, once in a store, I overheard a mother tell her young child that there was no money for extra treats or candy that the child wanted. Only a few minutes later the mother asked the check-out clerk for a carton of cigarettes. -- Winifred
