It had begun to snow early in the morning, and the pastor wondered if anyone would come to the midweek service that night. Six inches had fallen by the time the meeting was to begin. However, the pastor was optimistic and he had started a fire in the old wood stove of the country church.
Just as the service was about to begin, a man driving an old pickup inched his way into the church lot. An old gentleman in his late 70s walked from the truck into the church.
