Jovana Jovanovic is a woman who spent more than four years in a "collective center" (refugee camp) outside the Montenegran coastal city of Ulcinj in the late 1990s. She entered the camp in a wheelchair, having fallen and broken her back, but even the depressing conditions in the camp could not keep her down. She was soon up and on her feet, helping in the distribution of food parcels sent by Christian agencies.
